Can I make changes to my item after I’ve ordered?

Each order placed is given a certain grace period so that changes and adjustments can be made before it begins to print (refer to your confirmation email for the time your particular order has left in the printing queue).

However, if you chose to utilize our Skip the Queue option, you’ve bypassed this grace period and sent your order straight to production.

If you haven't opted to skip straight to printing and would like to make changes, you can do so for most of our products, by popping over to your account page

However, a few of our newer products cannot be updated from your account at this time. Should you need any changes made to your order that you're unable to from your account, we'd be happy to help.
